Product Overview

The Thrust Bearing Roller is sub component of the arm assembly of Aestiva machines. The bearing is accompanied by a thrust washer at both sides. The needle rollers in the bearing are equally spaced by means of a cage, whose web section separates the rollers and provides guidance to keep them tracking in an orbital path. The purpose of the assembly is to transmit a thrust load between two relatively rotating objects, while greatly reducing friction. These bearings provide a high degree of stiffness and are suitable where high accuracy is required at high speeds and under fluctuating heavy loads, such as machine tools and high-pressure pumps. The thrust bearing rollers are used in Aisys, Aestiva 7900 and Aespire 7900 machines. It is made of a steel material, which is corrosion resistant and well suited for high speed applications.
