Product Overview

The Auxiliary Common Gas Outlet (ACGO) port is used to provide fresh gas to an auxiliary manual breathing circuit. It comes under the Breathing Gas Circuit (BGC) manifold in an anesthesia delivery system with an integrated breathing system. ACGO switch directs the fresh gas flow through the ACGO port on the front of the system. Oxygen concentration is displayed on the screen when the ventilator is set to ACGO mode. A relief valve in the manifold limits the fresh gas pressure at the ACGO port to 55 kPa (8 psi) at 45 l/min. ACGO provides a flexible breathing circuit in addition to existing, for specific medical functioning. The port is made of brass which is highly corrosion resistant. An electrodeposited nickel coating on a copper-base alloy substrate is applied on the port gives bright appearance. Finishing contains less than 0.1% by weight in homogenous material for lead, mercury, and hexavalent chromium and less than 0.01% by weight in homogenous material for cadmium.
