Product Overview

The Arm Breathing Circuit provides a support arm for use in respiratory circuit. The assembly consists of a fisso (fixed segment), articulated arms with central locking mechanism, twin fixing tube holder, swinging head and custom column. The 2 arms are movably connected such that they are adjustable with respect to another. An inflatable bladder is operated at point of connection between the two arm segments. The arm segments are locked into position upon inflation of the bladder and released upon deflation thus making a breathing circuit as well as providing support. The tubing in a respiratory circuit may not be rigid at times and needs to be supported. Even rigid tubing in circuit may need a support to provide proper positioning of the tubing for patient’s comfort. In these cases, a support arm is used in order to support components of the respiratory circuit.
