Product Overview
The Swivel Caster 125mm - Individually Braked unit is a caster with a wheel lock that comes as an assembled unit. Casters are used to move the device or piece of equipment from one location to another. As a single step procedure activates the pedal mechanism and instantly locks the entire caster thus holding the equipment firmly in place. Similarly, a simple step on release pedal frees the swivel and wheel. This feature assures that the swivel caster will not turn when the wheel is locked, thus makes it as an effective locking mechanism. They have a capacity or bearing peak load up to 135 kg each. All the materials used are non-magnetic. Wheel covers, and castor fork has matte finish. The wheel and the adapter are manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the wheel ensures its perfect fit as per the requirement. The high grade materials used for the wheel and adapter have good mechanical properties like tensile strength, impact and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the components.
