The Phillips Recessed Pan Head Machine Screw is a type of faster. The Screw is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the screw ensures its perfect fit in the required assembly. This screw is made of glass filled acetal material which is also known as Delrin® 570. Delrin® Glass-Filled is a tough material that provides the added advantages of greater stiffness, improved creep resistance, low warping and higher dimensional stability than Delrin® because it possesses surface characteristics of Teflon. Having characteristics like good impact resistance, low deformation under load and high fatigue endurance.
