The Slotted Pan Head Screws are mechanical fasteners and comes with a slotted line on its head. The screw is made from Delrin® a highly versatile polymer. It combines low friction and high wear resistance with the stiffness and strength needed in parts designed to replace metal. The screw is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the screw ensures its perfect fit in the required assembly. The material of the screw has outstanding tensile strength, stiffness, impact and creep resistance under a wide operating range. It also offers flexibility in processing, virtually eliminates mold deposit and machine corrosion. These screws are available in various sizes and can be customized based on the applications. This screw is being used in CT HiSpeed Xi 1-Slice, XR Revolution XR/d, CT Brivo CT315 1-Slice, NM Discovery NM630, CT BrightSpeed Edge Select 8-Slice and many other systems.
