Product Overview

The Top Cover/Key Switch Label is used for the visual enhancement and to convey information about the product. This label is used for top cover display. It is usually printed with ink or dye, the commonly used dye is fluorescent dye. This panel has a labeling with different background colors and printed texts and symbols in different colors, in order to distinguish or differentiate. The background P1 is colored with Charcoal Gray and P2 is colored by Gems Gray #4 (Munsell 10Y). The background color to be subsurface printed by the velvety texture coat to be printed on top. The colors are matched after screening and when viewed from the front side. All inks must be opaque, double ink runs if necessary. The window should be transparent. Panel material should be 0.01" thick Mylar® unless specified, which is UV protected for long-term usage and has a very good resistance to most common solvents, moisture, oil, and grease. The Mylar® polyester film retains good physical properties over a wide temperature range of –70° C to 150° C and it is also used at temperatures from –250° C to 200° C.
