Piezas que no son de GE HealthCare. Cada parte que no sea de GE HealthCare estará libre de defectos en el material en condiciones normales de uso y servicio por un período de 60 días para piezas nuevas, restauradas y remanufacturadas, a partir de la fecha de entrega de la pieza.

Garantía de componentes especiales.

Componentes especializados de GE HealthCare. Cada transductor de GE HealthCare ("Componente de especialidad") estará libre de defectos en el material y la mano de obra en condiciones normales de uso y servicio, y funcionará sustancialmente de acuerdo con las especificaciones escritas de GE HealthCare (tal como existen en la fecha de envío del Componente de Especialidad) durante el período de tiempo identificado en la tabla a continuación a partir de la fecha de entrega del Componente de Especialidad.

Componentes de especialidad no sanitaria de GE.Cada Componente especial que no sea de GE HealthCare estará libre de defectos en el material en condiciones normales de uso y servicio durante el período de tiempo identificado en la tabla a continuación a partir de la fecha de entrega del componente de especialidad.

Reclamos.
Si el Cliente notifica de inmediato a GE HealthCare sobre su reclamo durante la garantía y hace que la pieza o Componente especializado esté disponible, GE HealthCare (a su elección y sujeto a los términos anteriores) reparará, ajustará o reemplazará el componente o componente especializado (con nuevos o restaurados / reparados). La garantía para una parte o un Componente de especialidad proporcionado para corregir una falla de la garantía es el término no vencido de la garantía para la parte o Componente de especialidad reparado o reemplazado. Si se proporciona una parte de intercambio o un Componente de especialidad, el original se convierte en propiedad de GE HealthCare y el Cliente debe devolverlo a GE HealthCare dentro de un plazo razonable de reemplazo para evitar que se facture la parte o Componente de especialidad no devuelto. NO APLICARÁ NINGUNA OTRA GARANTÍA EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUIDAS LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE NO INFRACCIÓN, COMERCIABILIDAD Y APTITUD PARA UN PROPÓSITO EN PARTICULAR.
Limitaciones.
GE HealthCare no tiene ninguna obligación con el Cliente para reclamos de garantía si el Cliente usa la pieza o Componente de especialidad: (a) para uso no médico o de entretenimiento o fuera del territorio mexicano; (b) en combinación con cualquier software, hardware o servicio no recomendado por escrito por GE HealthCare; y (c) de una manera o entorno para el cual GE HealthCare no lo diseñó o licenció, o en violación de las recomendaciones o instrucciones de GE HealthCare. El servicio de garantía no incluye la instalación. Además, la garantía no cubre: (i) defectos o deficiencias por almacenamiento o manipulación inadecuada, mantenimiento o uso que no cumpla con las especificaciones del Fabricante (por ejemplo, daños accidentales, limpieza o desinfección inadecuada, marcas de mordida transesofágicas, respaldo o protección contra virus inadecuados, ataques cibernéticos o falta de mantenimiento de la calidad de la energía, conexión a tierra, temperatura y humedad dentro de las especificaciones del fabricante; (ii) reparaciones debido a anomalías de energía o cualquier causa externa a la pieza o Componente Especializado o fuera del control de GE HealthCare; (iii) pago o reembolso de los costos de la instalación que surjan de la reparación o reemplazo de la pieza o Componente de especialidad; (iv) ajuste, alineación, calibración o mantenimiento planificado; (v) piezas o componentes especiales perdidas o robadas; (vi) partes y componentes especiales con números de serie alterados, borrados o eliminados; (vii) modificación de la parte o Componente de especialidad no aprobado por escrito por GE HealthCare; y (viii) partes o componentes especiales sumergidos en líquido.
