The 323M0001-01, One Way Valve Single Use is part used in a Respiratory Care. The one-way valve is a valve that normally allows fluid like liquid or gas to flow through it in only one direction. The Passy Muir speaking valve is commonly used to help patients speak more normally. This one-way valve attaches to the outside opening of the tracheostomy tube and allows air to pass into the tracheostomy, but not out through it.
