Product Overview

The Right Phased Array (PA) Expose Switch Assembly contains a switch cover, mounting hardware and ground wire. All the parts have edges which are rounded, smooth, and free of any imperfections which could present a safety hazard to the operator. The exposed surfaces of ferrous materials are protected against rust or corrosion. All the threaded fasteners are metric and protected against vibration induced loosening. The exposure switches are easy to recognize and operate at ambient lighting. The exposure is designed in a manner that minimizes the potential of inadvertent actuation by the operator. The switches are designed to provide a consistent feel to the operator and not fail in an unsafe manner when momentary shock leads are applied. The switch cover is made from high grade polycarbonate which has good mechanical properties like high tensile strength, good toughness and abrasive resistance which in turn ensures a long-life span for the switch. The switch cover houses additional inserts which assist in the assembly.
