Product Overview
The Pointer is being used as one of the components in X-ray machines. It is made of polycarbonate sheet material, which gives a good surface finish as well as being transparent. It is made using high precision technique, which facilitate good dimensional accuracy. The dimensional accuracy allows the pointer to provide the perfect fit in the assembly as per the requirement. The good mechanical properties of the pointer such as high toughness, impact strength, high tensile strength and low deformation under load, which enhances the long life span for the pointer. The high impact strength of the material provides the ability to absorb the energy during deformation. It also has good creep resistance which allows the pointer to resist deformation under the influence of mechanical stress. Three through holes are made in the pointer, the diameters are 6.45mm, 2.50mm and 2.50mm.
