Product Overview

The Fiber Optic Cable in Computed Tomography (CT) is used in various industries and various applications including military, aerospace, automotive and transportation, medical, electronic, and lighting applications. Fiber optic cables provide high-quality transmissions compared to satellite and copper systems. The product consists of three parts that is, Hewlett Packard gray simplex latching connector with crimp ring, Plastic fiber optic cable, and Hewlett Packard blue simplex latching connector with crimp ring. The connectors at the end have very high operating temperature. A simplex connector is color-coded to facilitate identification of transmitter and receiver connections. The connectors are made of a flame retardant VALOX UL94V-0 material. Misalignment of an inserted latching connector into either module will not result in a positive latch. The GE product is an innovation and technology which fits well in to versatile customer needs. The part is diligently designed for high performance and reliability. It is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
